Immigration Lawyers in Halifax, Nova Scotia

We are a team of experienced immigration lawyers headquartered in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We provide great service and practical solutions for all categories of immigrants. We believe that all immigration issues should be addressed with creativity and attention to detail. Since Canadian immigration rules are increasingly complex and ever-changing, we work in a collaborative environment where only lawyers work on client files and we only charge flat rates. This makes us unique in the Canadian legal profession. After more than ten years in practice, we believe this approach works best. We love our work and are proud of our approach and results.

The majority of our ongoing immigration work is for repeat clients and through referrals and word-of-mouth.

We act in a wide variety of immigration matters, including:

  • Corporate clients seeking to hire temporary foreign workers
  • Temporary residence for business visitors, workers and students
  • Permanent residence applications for family members, skilled workers and provincial nominees
  • Conducting refugee hearings
  • Judicial review matters in the Federal Court
  • Citizenship applications and hearings
  • Appeals and ADR conferences in all immigration matters, including residency issues
All our lawyers are licensed in Canada by a provincial regulatory authority. In addition, Elizabeth is an authorized recruiter licensed by the Nova Scotia Department of Labour.
